Awarded RFP to PR

Hello Experts,

We are implementing SAP Esourcing/CLM 9.0 for our client and they want to create PR in ECC from the awarded RFP  in SAP Esourcing. I know by standard it is not possible. Could you please let me know how we can achieve by customization ?.

Hello Manesh,

we're trying more or less the same in our project and want to create quotations instead of POs (to date without success).

What we did is the following:

• create a custom RFC function module that wraps BBP_PO_CREATE (this is able to ceate quotations)
• import the custom RFC into the PI
• map the custom RFC to mapping MM_Award_to_Purchase_Order (and to response mapping MM_Response_Purchase_Order_to_Award)
• adapt operation mapping and interface
