available map is blank in import manager in sap mdm

Hello Gurus,

     Recently a new user has joined the organization and we have provided all the roles for him correctly. While working with the import manger , he tried to import the excel correctly but when checked for mapping the lookup available map is blank for him .I checked with all role and authorization but doesn't seems like an issue with security. I am not sure why its happening only for him For other users its working fine . Any idea why its happening.
