In SAP ECC, when a work order reaches TECO status, the system begins a process to business complete in 90 days or as required by the business rules set. Is this functionality available in S4HC?
We found in the Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud - Asset Management includes the relevant scope items - including the TECO step. The Scope item is in Period-End Closing - Maintenance Orders (BF7) includes the (manual) Set Status to Closed - Orders - Collective app. However there is no background job (at this stage). And nothing on the roadmap.
At the moment it is a manual process to set the business complete status, and we can not find any template in ‘Application Jobs’ for regarding to this order status change.
Is there any advice?
