Automatic contract assignment

Hi everyone,

Is ther any standard way to assign a contrat for a requirement?

For example, in SRM I have a contratct for material A. We want when an external requirement or a shoping cart for this material is created, the system look for the contratc and automaticaly assign it.

I checked the option SAP Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Sourcing>Define Sourcing for Product Categories with option Aut. Grouping, Sourcing for Items Without Assigned Source, but it doesn't works.

You have to implement the BADI "BBP_SOS_BADI"

Do you know if this BADI can be used in both classic and extended clasic scenario?

Hi, it can be used for both.

But for your case the sources of supply as SRM contract is possible in ECS only.

In CS, system can only propose backed sources.
