Automatic approval not working for PO

Hi,

I created a PO frm Shopping cart. In approval preview of portal, it is showing automatic approval and status 'approved'. But in BBP_PD tcode, it is in awaiting approval status with ERROR. When I checked the WF log, I found tht the task 'Handle Process Finish' is in error with comments ' An exception with the type CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_MI SSING occurred, but was neither handled locally'.

But if i create PO direclty it is working fine. Can any one help me on this.

Hi Masa,

We are using process controlled workflow (WS40000014) in SRM7.0. If I create PO directly with automatic approval it is working fine. Only when it is ordered through shopping cart, we have problem.

Is there anything to do with the rol of WF-BATCH?

Maybe it is a bug. Please create a customer message in SAP Service Marketplace.

Hi Masa,

Thanks for the reply. I checked the note. The tasks and workflow related things are already in place. But we found the code corrections in the note is not in place.

Is the problem because of this?

HI,

The stated error is occuring as a custom output form is getting called when the PO Is created from SC. If I deactivate the custom form, no error is reported and it is working asexpected.
