Auto Registration of Vendors in SAP SRM 7.02

Dear Experts,

I have a scenario to replicate and register vendors from SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 to SAP SRM 7.02.

By using BBPGETVD, I am able to replicate the vendor into SRM but unable to tick portal supplier from transaction BBP_MAININT likewise in SRM 5.0.

The mentioned note 2616279 describes the checkbox value removed after doing the registration.

Actually I am looking to automate the vendor registration part completely by writing some BDC's(just like BBP_MAININT transaction) in background jobs without any intermediate SUS administrator.
