authorization for shopping cart display

Hello experts

Is is possible for a user, say srm admin, to have access to display all Shopping carts in the system?

What I read so far is that authorization is restricted to SC creator, in addition to SOB settings and team shopping cart.

How can an admin monitor and display all shopping carts? Is that even possible to display shopping carts of other users (no SOB and team cart)?

Appreciate any help.

Hi Dex,

User who is assigned the role of SRM Administrator should be able to monitor all shopping carts through portal. Please check the below path:

"SRM Administration" >> "Application Monitor" >> "Shopping Cart Monitor".

Hi,

For admin user, it should be able to access SC application monitor where he was able to see all the SCs.

For a pure employee, he can only create SC for himself or on behalf of others, and then he could see his own carts and BOB cart in his SC POWL (employee self service tab)
