Auction link is not working in SRM Portal dev

Dear Expert,

On my SRM portal if i open try to open an Auction by clicking on the link given in the SRM document..it's giving me an error. This is happening only in Dev system, my other system i.e. Quality and Prod is working fine.

I am even not able to find the Root cause..can anyone help me in trying to find out the reason of issue...?

Can you check if "/default_host/sap/lacmessaging" service is activated, test it & let me know?

Please mention the SRM version and the detail of the error.

My SRM portal version is 7.02 SP7. If i click on the Auction link given in the Portal then an error page appears. I just wanted to know how can i debug the error to find the ROOT cause.
