Attribute Maintenance through BBPUM01

Hi ... Can we maintain attribute values through "Manage User data" (txn: BBPUM01), instead of going to PPOSA_BBP?

In my screen, no attributes is showing. But in PPOSA_BBP, I have lot of attributes assigned to me. I have also checked in GUI through the transaction BBPUM01, where the attributes table is blank. The drop down for selecting attribute is not showing any value.

Am I missing any authorization? Are there any specific task needs to be done to have that? Please help.

After adding the standard role SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR, I got them.
