Attribute for position

In the user's personalization, there is a function named "Attribute for position". while I got no option here.

How to add the attribute here?

Hi,

This is controlled in table BBP_ATTR_ACCESS.
Usually /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE is maintained for multiple attribute access, so you can just assign this standard role to the user and it can view all the attributes in the drop-down list.
If you want to use some customized role, please maintain them well in table BBP_ATTR_ACCESS to allow access to specific attributes.

Please check whether you have assigned role /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE to the user, and do so if not yet, because access to the attributes is configured based on role assignment.

HI Hayashi,

Please check the below SPRO path to give the attributes access to user at position level.

we can add the attributes in customizing (SRM Server ->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Roles->Maintain Attribute Access Rights per Role) and can provide the authorization to Display or Change the attribute in Personalization.
