It's very much possible. Attachment will be available in SC.
If in doubt; use Txn SPROXY in ERP and search Service Interface: PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_Out.
There you will find Attachment Folder elements in External View/Internal View.
It works with General Level. If not then you should use DMS wich works on Item Level.
