Attachment in Shopping cart not transferring to Purchasing document in ECC

Hi experts,

We are creating a shopping cart with a word document attached to it.

Follow on document is generated successfully but we are not able to view it in "Attachment List" in PR or PO.

Can you please suggest if some not is missing?
