Assign CP to US for vendor

Dear all,

The facts are:

• Vendors in our SRM system are been transfered through ERP
• HR is not implemented in SRM
• An rfx has been created and vendor (bidder) saved a response

Accidentally a user, deleted the vendor and despite recreating him by copying data to new user, when vendor logs in, he is facing the above error message:

"cannot view rfx response with change version in saved status".

Through cosnistency check (tcode: users_gen), the system delivers the error message:

"Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'US' 'xxx' failed" - msg no BBP_UM_UI036

In BP, vendor is maintained and contact person (tab relationship) exists, but in ppoma_bbp the assignment is not displayed.

Could you suggest a solution on how to assign CP to vendor? Through users_gen, pfal & pp01 this is not possible

Hi,

One vendor could have multiple CPs, and their relationship should be stored in table BUT050/BUT052.
As newly attached, you should also be able to view this via pposv_bbp.

Dear Ivy,

The relationhip had not been stored to tables but050 & hrp1001. I managed to restore the assignment through pp01 & object type CP and now I can see the relationship.

So do you mean that now the user is consistent in SRM side as well?
