Ariba : VIM Invoice attachment is not showing in /n/opt/vim_va2 tcode

Hi,

I have a issue related to Invoice.Where the Invoice attachemnt is not seen in the VIM analytic report

Steps:

1) Invoice is created for a Indirect PO from SBN

2) It is transferred through IDOC to SAP VIM Document type (InvoiceExportDirect)

When I check the VIM-tcode (/n/opt/vim_va2) the attachment is not showing Invoice(screenshot) for Indirect PO. However, for the direct PO it is getting displayed

Any idea what could be the reason?

VIM Analytics: Indirect PO [ Issue record]

VIM Analytics: Direct PO

The issue is due to the support pack. Kindly check your support for this kind of issue
