I hope you are well and that I can help you with your query.

If you are assigned as an administrator, you can approve, reject, as well as delegate the approval process and other routines to another person.

It is important to bear in mind that most approvers can refuse one process and not others, as in the case of the conciliation of invoices.

If an approver rejects a document, its status changes to Denied and the document must be resubmitted before any approver can approve it.

An approver who denies a document cannot approve it afterwards. Likewise, an approver who approves a document cannot subsequently deny it.

When an approver denies a receipt, its status changes to Drafting . The approver who initially denied the receipt cannot later return to the receipt to approve it.
