We are facing an issue when we try to Sync from Ariba SLP to ERP. The Request out message goes correctly but the confirmation does not return back. Please advise how to stop the Sync in progress to repeat.
In this case you can mark the message type "Request_In" as Failed and then you can select the Reprocess "Reprocess" in the status column and click on the Reprocess button.
