Ariba reporting on custom form fields

We have created custom form ‘Catalog Request Form’ with classic approval process.

Can I create Ariba reports with the data from the Custom Form except ‘Pending Approvals’?

Currently there is no analytical report to export custom form/eform data.
Form administrators can export form data to a CSV file by using the steps found in How do I export form data for reporting?
