Ariba PO Number Range Configuration

Where do you go to configure the purchase order number range in Ariba? We want to use a number range of 2500000000 - 2599999999 but our consultants are saying we have to prefix it with "EP" I would like to see where this is configured. Or can it only be done by shared services.

Approvabletypes.csv import allows to change it but is not available to end-users.

You need a ticket with support.
