Ariba Network + VIM in China via Baiwang

Hello Gurus, 

I recently saw an update from SAP regarding S/4HANA connection with Fapiao via Baiwang. Has anyone implemented this for China Entity.

Currently, we have Ariba Network implemented in our company and now with this news, I am looking to implement Ariba Network + VIM in China.
