How to create custom PDF layouts without incurring additional fees for the client? Currently implementing Digital Supplier Network (DSN) and client would like to replicate the current process of having the logo on their PO based on the Company Code. Is this possible? If so, how?

Hey Monaliz,

If you are looking to have different logo on the PO's based on the Company Code , there is no standard way to do that . You could try to use an extrinsic. So something like this <Extrinsic name="LogoURL">Your_url_here</Extrinsic>

On the ERP side , you could populate this extrinsic on basis of Company Code, Purchasing Org etc. You have to make sure the link to logo needs to be made accessible (public). Once you build that logic on the customer side to populate different Logos based on company code and the above extrinsic will populate it in Ariba PO UI.

This is worth a try .
