Hi. Can anyone advise what happens if multiple contacts are invited to a sourcing event from the same organisation? Do they both have the same view of the same single response from the supplier organisation - so effectively co-pilot?
If you are the Event Owner, you will want to create a response team for the event to allow multiple users from one group to respond as needed. General details on response teams: Viewing and Adding Response Team Members | SAP Help Portal.
If you have Response Teams enabled on the Event but don't add the participants, the invited user will still see Response Team on the left side of the event and be able to see who is listed as subaccount users. These additional Response Team participants need to have the same Ariba Network ID number as the invited user. Also, these Suppliers must be in the buyer site and approved before they will appear in the Response Team list.
