Ariba DSN - RFC Destination - Connection Test Error

Hi Community,

We are facing an error trying a connection test while creating the RFC Destination for our DSN implementation project.
We have followed the DSN Integration Playbook steps:

1. Maintain Certificates: We have loaded both Load Balancer & CIG Tenant certificates in ERP.
2. RFC Destination: Created successfully the RFC but when testing the connection, we receive the following error:

• ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR

Have you came across with a similar issue?
Our Basis team suggests it might be referencing to a wrong certificate loaded in ERP, but the only certificates loades were the ones from CIG portal. We are connecting to US Data center: testacig-us.ariba.com.

Hey Daniel,

Two things to look into

1. TLS version – Do you know what the TLS version is ? It should ideally be TLS 1.2
2. SSL cert- Please make sure you have imported the correct CIG SSL certificates. You can use the link below to
