Hello Experts,
We have a situation in Ariba Contract Compliance (ACC) where we have created an Item Level Contract (No-release) and we have defined invoicing against contract and supplier should also be able to edit the Unit price of the contract. When we logged into Supplier AN account(In Test) and tried to invoice the ACC, we cannot edit the line item Unit Price. Is there something we are missing here? The unit price option is greyed out.
NOTE: We don't have any network transaction rules setup to limit the supplier ability on changing the invoice unit price at AN.
Thanks,
Velu

I think it's just the configuration on the Contract ("Allow supplier to edit invoice unit price?"). I don't think the Transaction Rule configuration impacts non-PO invoices like yours -- those apply more to PO's.
To be sure (because we saw this ourselves with some suppliers), can you check the Display options on the test supplier UI and make sure you're looking at the Price field and not the Amount field?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the response, i confirm i am only looking at the Unit price and not the amount field. Attached screenshots confirming that we have the options enabled in Terms for allowing supplier to edit unit price. We created a case to Ariba also to see if we are missing any feature or configuration for this in the backend. contract2.jpgcontract1.jpg
