Ariba content in S/4 licence costs

Dear all,
I was wondering what the licence model is for having Ariba content in an S/4HANA implementation (without having the full ariba suite) as both the S/4 documents and the openSAP course about Ariba mention this as an option.

Is this included in S/4HANA?
