Archiving BBP_SC

Dear Expert

i'm going to archive Shopping Carts using Object BBP_SC. I have some question

1. Can you tell me, what is the function of Preprocessing, and what will happen in table because of this task?

2. After archiving, can we retrieve back the data and show the archived data ? i'm trying to used Tcode BBP_PD, but this tcode can not read archiving data

Make sure You keep the Archiving order, otherwise You will face consequences.

Hi,

thanks for your respon, i'll try to check on my SAP SRM interface, and it works using Advanced Search.

and now i'm trying to display document from Tcode BBP_PD, but the archived data can not display in this tcode.

Is there any Tcode to view the document from SAP GUI directly such as BBP_PD?
