Approver add items/substitution- Process controlled WF

Hello All

Our requirement is to enable the buyer to Add items to a shopping cart during approval.

However even if " Approval with completion' is selected as the process level, the approver doesn't see the link to add items or even delete them.

Is this Possible through any means?

Also is it possible to substitute a free form item with a catalog item ?

I know that one can delete the FF item and add a new catalog item.

Which task ID is maintained in the Define Process Level?

It should be TS40007952.

Thanks Masa,

I have kept the Task as 40007952. However I don't see the link to Add items in the shopping cart when I am Approving it.

Even when I edit the Shopping cart and restart the WF, the link is not there.

Has it something to do with the agent? Currently I have chosen the Line manager as the agent.

Hi,

Please assign operational purchaser role or purchasing assistant role to the manager and test it again. Do you see any difference?

Hi Masa

I checked that the manager has the Purchasing as well as SRM admin role.

However there is no option to add any items in the Complete Work item.

I instead tried to use the revise work item , but it errored out.
