How can I Approve SC in background since WF is stuck?

Hi,

First, please analyse the issue of Workflow through SWI1 and find out the reason for stuck.

If possible, please fix it through SWI2_DIAG. However,

Use FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER to create follow on documents for particular shopping cart

Or

Use SW01 and provide necessary GUID / Object ID of shopping cart and execute the setreleased method.
