Dear Experts,
In SAPGUI i can see the work-items , but when i try to execute, the approve / reject pop up is not appearing, & work item details also not available.
In portal i have not received the messages or work items.
Please give me suggestions.

Have you set up the SSO connectivity between Portal and your SRM system? UWL connection needs to be established for you to be able to see work items in portal.
Get in touch with your portal consultant for this.

Hi,
Establishing SSO connectivity and UWL connector is the job of a Portal consultant. Just having the same user id in portal and backend wont suffice.
Unfortunately I dont have any docs for the same. But the installation guides available on Service Marketplace do have the step by step configuration for the above.
