Approval process overview is not populating in Shopping Cart for External requirements

Hi Experts

I am working on SAP SRM 7.2 in External requirements. Creating the Purchase Request in ECC and using PI, it is creating the Shopping cart in SRM. With some modifications given in the link below, we are trying to put the SC workflow in "Awaiting for Approval" status. It is working fine all the way to create the SC and workflow status, and showing in the tcode BBP_PD as expected along with required approvers. But the problem is, when iam trying to view the SC in SRM Portal, the "Approval process overview" tab is not showing the approver list. we have implemented the approval WFL Badi to determine the approvers. we are using ACWF.
