Approval preview incorrect in Tabular View

Hi SRM Experts,

We are facing an issue with the Shopping Cart approval preview. The approvers and flow is showing correctly in the Graphical display but incorrectly in the tabular view. This is happening during the Shopping Cart creation process itself.

SRM: 5.0

SRM SERVER :550

Service Pack: 15

We have already checked OSS Note 1093840 and those changes have been implemented since it is from an earlier Service Pack.

Any other pointers on OSS notes / solution would be useful.
