Approval of Service Entry Sheets in SRM

Hi

Sorry if it’s a a couple stupid questions, but I’m quite new in this area, and I haven’t got access to a SRM system yet .

We are in the planning phase of an Approval project for Service entry sheets, and is trying to figure out the best way to proceed (either using some "SRM one-client" Standard functionality, or extending our current workflow solution for invoice approval).

At the moment I'm looking at the “processed controlled workflows”, and I have a couple of questions:

• Is there any standard solution for approving service entry sheets, or do I have to create my own?
• Is there a standard approval screen/solution as well, and where can I find an example/screen-dump/documentation on this ?  We would like to evaluate the usability of this as well.
• Is UWL and SAP Portal required, or is it possible to process workitems directly from the SAP GUI inbox.

Service entry sheet document is available in ECC only. It is not possible to create service entry sheet in SRM and there is no way of approval of the same in SRM.

Creation of Service entry is triggered from SRM and it gets created and approved in ECC. In ECC it is only application control workflow for the approval.
