Approval History

Hi All,

I am facing a problem with the approval history, I am using SAP SRM 7.0. The problem is, if the cart goes to two approvers inbox simultaneously, let it be A and B.If 'A' approves it, then the item in the 'B' inbox should be disappeared right? but in my case it is not going out.. do we need to check the approval history in this case? if so is there any function module or badi which we could use to get the approval history of the document???

Hi,

Can you check the workitem in user B's inbox via SAPGUI? I think it is just Portal UWL refresh timing.
