Approval errors: 'Start conditions for shopping cart incorrect:workflows started'

Hi,

I am getting the error message 'Start conditions for shopping cart no. incorrect:workflows started' in SRM portal in the path SRM Administration ->Application Monitors->Approval Errors ->Starting Conditions while creating Shopping Cart (scenario for workflow without approval).

Please suggest a solution for this.

Hello Neenu,

If you are using WF-PC, check your process level configuration. For automatic approval you may set evaluation ID 0EV999 like level definition below:

Check if customizing is also in accordance to KBA 1466930.
