Application Workflow - Routing to agents from previous step

Hello,

We are using application workflow in SRM 7.0. There are multiple levels of approvals. The approval work items for the first 3-4 levels of approvals are routing correctly. However after that the next level approval work item is being routed to the agents from the previous level (level 4/level 5 - sometimes it is happening at one level and sometimes at the other). And the workflow log in the backend is not showing any updates (any new work items/tasks that were generated). It is only showing the logs upto the level 4/level 5 - till the point where routing was correct. Appreciate any help on possible reasons for this issue.

did you use the logic to enable X for NO_FURTHER_APPROVAL_NEEDED? if no then implement the logic to enable 'X' NO_FURTHER_APPROVAL_NEEDED once the system reach the final level approval..

The issue is occurring at level 4 or level 5 of 6 levels. So it is not at the final approval.

Update: It is happening only when multiple approvers exist at a level. When there is only 1 approver at a level, it is working fine.
