Application error in back-end system (SAP SRM outline agreement)

Hi Gurus,

I create a service contrat in SRM but it isnt transferred to ECC system.

In RZ20 transaction code I find the following errors:

Application error in back-end system ECC (SAP SRM outline agreement XXXXXX)

Errors occurred in mapping operation for conditions data

In transaction code WE05 not IDOCS exists to contract.

I working with classic scenario.

if I create material contracts these are sent succesfully to ECC system but service contract is not working properly.

Hi,

In which version of SAP SRM, you are working on? For SRM 7, SOA service has been used instead of Idoc in previous versions.

Hi,

If your ECC backend system is also in ECC 6 Enhpk 4 or more, then SOA service has been used. No Idoc will be used to create backend contract.

See, if you can see any failed XML message related to your contract.
