Dear to whom it concern. I'm a S-CSM located in Spain and one of my customers is asking to me if there is some API/Connector between SuccessFactor and Ariba Procurement? what they want to do is: At present in Teva, Successfactor is sending to Ariba, though Oracle GLB, the shared users data. Our plan is to descope Oracle for the user files. We are looking to take HR data directly from Successfactor and push it to Ariba. Can you help me to find if there is any standard API or any prepackaged solution or interface between success factor and Ariba for HR data?
With some internal support I answered the following: There is no API that I am aware of for this…once the customer begins using IAS for authentication and Ariba adopts that, it should take care of the entire user provisioning and user authentication. The customer could look at the SCIM API as a replacement, but there are some limitations with this API at the moment. So if one of you knows a similiar use case and can share it with me would be more than appreciated. Or if you know a customer who could do something on their own. Please let me know. Thanks
