For Ariba Procurement, Buying and Invoicing Module when trying to export ARBCIG_MASTERDATA_EXPORT, we are getting the below error.

An error occurred when determining the business system (COMMUNICATION_ERROR)

Also, we have tried doing SOAMANAGER Setup as well in the system. All the SRT related nodes are active. Please find the image below for reference:
