Amendment for a purchase order

Hi Experts,

Please how can i do an amendment for a purchase order on NWBC SRM.

My client don't want to modify the original purchase order, but they always have a lot of amendment to do. how can i do this process on SRM?

Do you mean adding custom fields to PO?

The original PO, i don' t want to touch it.

When i want to add a new product to the same PO, or change the titual, or some modification of date of delivery or quantity, i schould do an amendment.

How can i do it?

Hi,

You can edit the PO by clicking 'edit' button, and this will generate a change version of PO.

In this change version, you can do some changes. As long as you do not order this change version, all the changes won't be reflected to the original PO.
