All RFX, Contract and RFX Response status are "Awaiting Approval"

Dear All,

Our system version is SAP SRM 7.0, the whole system does not use workflow, just activate BC set,

/SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_000_SP04 RFx Without Approval

/SAPSRM/C_QT_600_000_SP04 RFx Response Without Approval

/SAPSRM/C_CT_600_000_SP04 Contract Without Approval

In this situation,RFX,Contract and RFX Response click button “Release"，the document status become "Released".

But,I accidentally activated the workflow,used T-code SWU3.Now all RFX,Contract and RFX Response click button "Release",the document ststus become "Awaiting Approval".

What can I do the document status would become "Released" as before?

Hi Laurent.

I have solved my problem just now.The reason may is the user WF-BATCH lack SAP_ALL profile or some necessary configuation haven't done.

I followed the document Understand and Configure SRM Process Controlled Workflow step by step and successfully solved my problem.

Anyway, thank you very much for your help.

Hi Ke

I assume you are doing this in test system?

You could just approve them and reverse the setting so the new documents would work as before?

If you need to do via backend you could use SW01 and pass the GUID and click on SETRELEASED method
