AL generar una factura desde el Service Layer, el asiento contable es automatico?

Buenas tardes, consulta... queria saber si al momento de crear he insertar una nueva factura y sus items correspondientes, se generan internamente y automaticamente los asientos contables ?? O para realizar el asiento contable de la factura es necesario hacer manualmente cada movimiento??? Muchas gracias!
