Hi,

The Shopping cart item status is not changing after doing GR reversal. It remains Completely Confirmed. Below are the steps:

  • 1.PO is in Ordered status
  • 2.Perform GR (101 movement type) against PO in MIGO
  • 3.PO is now Delivery Complete / Fully Received.
  • 4.Perform GR Reversal (102 movement type) against PO in MIGO

We tried executing CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 jobs manually also but the item status is not changing.

Once the GR is reversed the item status should change back to previous status. Please suggest.
We are in SRM 7, EHP2, SP14 - Extended Classic Scenario.

Thanks and Regards,

Abhishek

In PO we don't have such field at item level. Do you see it in Shopping Cart, right?

Hi Abhishek,

I see. This means that the status reports have correctly updated the documents, so the problem is only with the status display. Without system access, I would suggest to apply SAP Notes 2322751 and 2491670, even if the symptom is a bit different. Afterwards, if the error still occurs, it is necessary to debug the status determination in Method GET_STATUS_TEXT of class /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_BO_SC to determine the root cause.

Best regards,

Daniel

Thanks Daniel... Note 2491670 fixed the issue 🙂

You're welcome Abhishek and thank you for the feedback. I will extend the Note symptom, so that others can find it more easily in the future.
