After CLM Sp23 upgrade External business systems are not showing in CLM.

Hi all,

we have upgraded  recently version 9.0 and SP23 from SP22 , but after upgrade our external business systems are not showing any more once the supplier is created and during the Publish to ERP we need to assign that supplier to External system, but there is no external systems are showing .as shown in pic

Could any one help me to find out this issue..??

Hi Mike,

After upgrade to Sp23 in menu tab Setup ->business system ->integrated business systems status changed from active to  inactive mode.

select the "inactive business systems from dropdown and goto "Edit mode "change the status to active".

then the external business systems  which are connected with sourcing system will be active and after creation of suppliers you can assign them to external business systems.

this resolves my issue

Thank you Gopal. We will be upgrading soon to SP23 and sounds like this is good info to be aware of.
