After Applying SP 5.0 in SRM 7.0

Hi ,

I am in SRM 7.0 SP 5.0. We have recently update SP level to 5. After SP 5.0 we are encounter the error " No G/L account was entered ; enter a G/L account " and " Error in account assignment for item"

Whenever I change the material group in the line item. Even though GL account maintain for Material group in SPRO after change the material group the G/L is getting wipe out automatically. I applied the OSS note : - 1431527 but still the issue is remaining same. Any help on this issue..

Hi,

Apply the OSS 1437604, which will fix your issue.

Hi Ricardo,

Thank you for your valid input. The notes 1395744 and 1389453 are fixed one part of my issue but still , The moment I changed the Category in line item detail screen the G/L is getting wiping out. I am getting Error message as 'No G/L account was entered; enter a G/L account' and 'Error in account assignment for itemu2019, Even through G/L account link has been established in SPRO for the material group. I hope you understand my question.

FYI u2013 I also applied notes 1431527 , 1420622 , 1428131 but no positive output..
