Additional dashboard for a specific users group

Hi Everyone,

I ask for suggestions concerning the way to create a new dashboard (rank 2) addressed to a specific users group. I am the system administrator and my dashboard is different from the standard one. How do I insert the reports I have developed - and tested in my personal dashboard - in the new one for a specific group of users?
