Adding Vendor External ID to CLM Queries

We need to add the Primary and other Supplier External ID's to an Advanced Search in CLM. What is the simplest way to accomplish this and the correct table.field to add to the query?  Assistance is appreciated.

Hi Harriet,

you can duplicate the existing query and then add the Vendor External ID and other fields you might need to the results. Depending on the original query you might need to JOIN the Vendor Table (find the table names in the Reference Guide).

I would suggest not adding it to all queries as this will be lot of customization (that potentially needs to be reviewed after every SP Upgrade) but instead have one query where the information is provided.

If you want them in the filter prompts you add them as a Filter Prompt and add the new filter prompt to the SQL.
