Adding Tab on Purchase Order

I have requirement to add witholding tax tab on purchase order. is anyone know how to add this on SAP By Design?

The document 2473843 is meant for "On-premise" system.

Are you looking for adding the "Withholding tax tab" in purchase order in Business by design?

Can you share more details Are you talking about SAP bydesign or SRM on premise its not quite clear?
