Hi all,
We are on SRM 5.0 SP12 ECS.
Can someone confirm the below behaviour:
When any item from a shopping cart is added to an already ordered PO,if the shopping cart items are in SOURCING,are these items removed from Sourcing immediately after they are added in the PO OR only after the PO is in "ORDERED" status?
In our system, wehn I add any item from a shopping cart to an already created PO,if that shopping cart item is already in sourcing, then the item is not removed from sourcing until it the PO is ordered or completely approved(if needs approval)...Is this correct behaviour?
Also if the items are removed from Sourcing only fater the PO is ordered, then arent there changces that multiple users can create PO's by adding the same itesm which are in sourcing?
Request clarification before answering.
The correct behavior I believe is that the requirement (shopping cart item) is removed from sourcing cockpit once it is included in a PO (at least saved), regardless if the PO is in "Ordered" status. If it is not the case for you, I am guessing there is an issue and you should create an OSS for SAP.
