Adding Custom list input box in basic data of SC

Hi Experts,

I am working in SRM 5.0 version.

My requirement was to keep an input box in the basic data section of the shopping cart where the user will enter the Reason Code for a Plant. I followed some instructions given in OSS notes and have done that.

But now the client asks if this input box be changed to list box format,so that they can see all the reason code's corresponding to one plant and select one particular reason code for the plant.

Is it possible to place a list box in the SC screen? If so, kindly share some thoughts.

Hi Deepa,

You can have the drop down /list box format fiels in the SC screen either adding through domain values or search help for the particular custom fields
