Adding Custom Field in SOS table for WD comp. /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_SOS

Dear All,

I have a requirement to add a custom field in the SOS table in wd component /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_SOS view V_DODC_SC_I_SOS. I have added a custom field company code in the structure /SAPSRM/S_PDO_APP_SOS_VEN , also added an attribute in the standard node SOS and populated value in it through bind_table ( new_items = 'name of the internal table ).

Now the problem is when I change the lead selection of the SOS table I get a short dump saying Field Symbols cannot be assigned. I did some iterations and found when I comment the bind_table the lead selection occurs fine. Am not sure why this error is happening. Is it related with metadata concept?
