Adding a new tab to the screen

Hi,

1) I want to add a new TAB to the screen in ITEM line. Same as you have created 'Customer Data" tab. How did you add that new TAB to the existing TABs? Add it to the sub screen 111?

2) Do I want to create a Memory ID?
